高校辅导员面对90后学生群体应具备的新素养和新能力

The new accomplishment and ability university counselors should have when facing after 90 students

辅导员是做好高校思想政治教育工作的主力,在指引人、塑造人、培养人和教育人的方面发挥着重要作用。辅导员的素质影响着其现实工作表现,进而对学生的健康成长和全面发展产生影响。随着社会的不断发展,如今"90后"大学生已成为高等院校的主体,他们在价值理念、人格信仰、思想观念、人格心理等方面呈现出新变化,具备鲜明的时代特征,也给高校辅导员开展思政教育工作带来了全新的机遇和挑战。本文简要分析了"90后"大学生群体的思想特点,并指出了现今高校辅导员素质存在的问题及成因,最后就如何提高其素质和能力提出了若干对策建议,以供实践参考。

The counselor is the main force in ideological and political education work, plays an important role in the training and guidance, shaping, education work. After the 90 college students has become the main body of institutions of higher learning, in their value concept, religion, ideology, personality psychological aspects of present new changes. They have the distinct characteristics of the times, and also has brought new opportunities and challenges to the counselor's education work. This article analyzes the ideological characteristics of college students after 90, points out the quality problems and causes of university counselors, finally gives some suggestions to improve the quality and ability, to provide the reference for the practice.
