本文从心理学的自我决定论出发,分析了自我决定论中内外动机与英语学习的关系,探讨了自我决定论在大学英语阅读教学中的应用,指出自我决定意识有利于提高学生的自主学习能力,有利于提高英语阅读的教学效果。

Starting from the self determinism of psychology, this paper analyzes the internal and external motivation and English learning in self determinism, the relationship between self determinism is discussed its application in college English reading teaching, points out that self-determination consciousness to improve the students' ability of autonomous learning, to improve English reading teaching effect.
