Collecting a large number of literatures, this article embarks from the material content of national vocal music teaching, analyzed the teaching concepts under the transformation of national vocal music teaching reform and innovative measures. In this paper, from the teaching idea, the vocal music theory, select and compile work content and art practice, formed the systematic and scientific system of reform and innovation. This article in national vocal music teaching has a certain contributions to the function of development.
