随着社会的发展和科技的进步,社会对人才的衡量标准和人才价值观念发生着变化。科技的进步及生产的现代化,对现实劳动力的动手能力和综合素质也必然提出更高更新的要求。目前我国高职教育人才的培养与社会职业岗位的要求尚有一些距离。本文就高等职业院校学生职业核心能力培养方面,提出一些见解。
