摘要
笔者在对宁夏农村特岗教师职业认同调查的过程中,发现其职业认同感不高。本文从社会环境、学校环境和特岗教师本人三个方面进行了分析,梳理出了影响宁夏农村特岗教师职业认同的原因.
The author of Ningxia rural special post teachers' professional identity in the process of investigation, found that professional identity is not high. This article from the social environment, school environment and teachers in special post I analyzed three aspects, to tease out the effects of special post Ningxia rural teacher professional identity reasons.
