Xinjiang ethnic minority college students' cultural adaptation

为实现科教兴疆和人才强疆的战略,国家启动了内地高校支援新疆协作计划,内地高校的新疆少数民族大学生逐年增长给学生思想政治教育及其管理带来了挑战。本文以文化适应为视角,探讨了大学生思想政治教育及管理等方面的新对策。

Countries launched the inland universities support collaborative project in Xinjiang, use science and education and talents to develop Xinjiang. Xinjiang minority college students in mainland universities increase year by year, bring challenges to students' ideological and political education and management. In the perspective of cultural adaptation, this paper discusses the college students' ideological and political education and management of new countermeasures.
