大学生志愿服务动机及其引导——以陕西师范大学为例

志愿服务活动是大学生思想素质教育的有效载体和重要补充,体现着奉献友爱的志愿精神。然而,近年来,大学生参加志愿服务活动已成为一种趋势,然而,大学生志愿服务的动机却不再是单纯的奉献自我,而是以一种多样化、复杂化的方式呈现。本文以陕西师范大学为例,通过问卷调查、访问志愿者代表以及参与志愿者活动等方法,深入了解了大学生参加志愿服务活动的各种动机,并提出了一些可行性较高的引导方法。

The volunteer service activities is an effective carrier for college students' ideological quality education and an important complement, embodies the dedication love volunteer spirit. In recent years, college students participate in volunteer service activities has become a trend, however, the motivation of college students volunteer service is no longer a simple personal sacrifice, but in the form of a diversified and complicated. Taking Shaanxi normal university as an example, through questionnaire investigation, methods of access to volunteer and participate in volunteer activities, understanding the motives of college students to participate in volunteer service activities, and puts forward some feasibility higher guidance method.
