采用文献资料法对目前高中田径教学的现状进行分析与研究。研究针对阻碍高中田径健康发展的因素进行分析,并提出相应有效促进高中田径教学发展的策略:引导学生正确认识田径运动、要培养高中生参与田径运动的兴趣、改善教学评价指标和选择合理教材与适宜的教法。
