高职学生职业能力的自我发展研究

Research on higher vocational students' vocational ability of self development

近几年,我国高职学生自我能力发展研究集中在企业事业单位等诸多领域。高职教学是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,是为我国培养人才的重要教学阵地,但是从目前我国高职院校教学发展情况来看,很多方面并不尽如人意,例如学生的自我能力发展和就业等。如果高职教学能够更加重视学生的自我能力发展、个性化培养,不仅可以满足社会对高职教育的要求,更加可以提高学生在校的学习效果。但是目前高职教学中教师守旧的教学方式、学生依赖于填鸭式教学等不利因素严重影响学生自我发展。文章主要对高职学生的职业能力发展进行研究,提出切实可行的建议,全面提高学生的职业能力。

In recent years,the vocational students' ability of self development of our country in enterprises and institutions,and many other fields.Higher vocational teaching is an important part of higher education in China,is an important teaching position of training talents in our country,but from the current development of China's higher vocational colleges teaching,many aspects are not very desirable,such as the students' ability of self development and employment.If higher vocational teaching can attach importance to the students' ability of self development and personal cultivation,not only can meet the social demand for higher vocational education,but also improve the students' learning.At present higher vocational teaching,the traditional teaching way influence students' self development.This article mainly researches higher vocational students' professional ability,and puts forward feasible suggestions,improve the professional ability of students in an all-round way.
