绿色的“风”扬后进的“帆”——刍议典型性后进班级的转化

中等职业学校,在新的历史时期,为了适应市场的需求,积极拓展生存和发展的空间,为了迎合市场和家长的需求,通过成人高考,提高学生的文化层次,让更多的学生能够取得大专或者本科学历。但是,成人高考选择后的负面结果是:学习和品行普遍较差的一些学生由于没有考取大专而被迫从成高班级转到普通中专班。这种匆忙间被迫组合的班级没有正确的舆论,学生学习基础、学习能力和学习习惯普遍很差,班干工作能力和责任心普遍较弱,班级缺乏集体凝聚力,管理难度是可想而知的。这种"后时代"班级,在学校管理学上称之为"典型性后进班级"。怎样才能转化这样的班级,是摆在教育管理者面前亟待解决的问题。
