本文以无锡南洋职业技术学院机电一体化专业工学交替实践为例,对其在选择企业、校企共同制定培养方案、树立学生归属感、推行多元评价体系等方面的做法进行了探讨,由此得出了关于机电类专业工学交替模式的几点思考。

The article takes the mechatronic in Wuxi South Ocean College as an example,discusses the choice of enterprise、making training plans in common、building up students' sense of belonging、the implementation of multiple evaluation system,and comes to some thoughts on work and studying alternation mode.
