摘要
利用热重分析研究了O_2/CO_2气氛下污泥与煤混燃特性,基于热重(TG)和微商热重(DTG)分析曲线,分析了泥煤比、升温速率和气氛对污泥与煤混燃特性的影响。结果表明;在21%O_2/79%CO_2气氛下,污泥与煤混合物的着火温度随泥煤比的上升而显著降低,最大失重速率随着升温速率的提高而提高。随着氧浓度由21%提高到50%,燃尽温度从708.3℃降低至599.8℃,污泥与煤混合物的燃尽时间也明显缩短。21%O_2/79%N_2气氛下污泥与煤混合物的燃烧特性介于21%O_2/79%CO_2和30%O_2/70%CO_2气氛之间.
Co-combustion characteristics of sludge and coal in an O_2/CO_2 atmosphere was investigated by using thermogravimetric analysis,the effects of mass ratio of sludge and coal(R),heating rate and combustion atmosphere on co-combustion characteristics of sludge and coal were analyzed based on analyzing the curves of thermal gravity(TG) and differential thermal gravity(DTG).The obtained results indicated that the ignition temperature of the mixtures of sludge and coal decreases obviously with increasing mass ratio of sludge and coal,and the maximum weight loss rate of the test samples increase with increasing of heating rate at 21%O_2/79CO_2 atmosphere.The burnout temperature of the mixture decreases from 708.3℃ to 599.8℃ while oxygen concentration increases from 21%to 50%at R=50:50,and the burnout time of mixture of sludge and coal is also shortened significantly.The co-combustion characteristics of sludge and coal under 21%O_2/79%N_2 atmosphere fall in those between 21%O_2/79%CO_2 and 30%O_2/70%CO_2 atmospheres.
