光辅助下TiO_2-蒙脱土复合材料抑杀蓝藻 被引量:2

Cyanobacteria inhibiton by TiO_2/ montmorillonite composites under light

摘要 以Ti Cl4和钠基蒙脱土为原料,采用水解法制备了Ti O2-蒙脱土复合材料,采用XRD、IR和TEM对其结构和性质进行表征;通过藻细胞的内含物含量、生长代谢活性和形态的变化以及藻细胞膜脂质过氧化分析,研究了Ti O2-蒙脱土复合材料在光辅助下去除颤藻的性能。结果表明,Ti O2-蒙脱土复合材料中一部分Ti O2插入蒙脱层间,增加了蒙脱土的层间距,另一部分以锐钛矿相均匀分散在蒙脱土上;在紫外光辅助下,Ti O2-蒙脱土的用量为50.0 mg/L,1 h后颤藻的除藻率可达94.58%;Ti O2-蒙脱土通过光催化作用破坏藻细胞膜、降解藻细胞内含物、降低藻细胞代谢活性和破坏藻细胞形态,从而产生抑藻作用。 Ti O2-montmorillonite composites was prepared using Ti Cl4 and Na-montmorillonite via hydrolyzation method. Then the structure and characters of the composites were studied by XRD,IR and TEM. Furthermore,the removal effect of Oscillatoria by Ti O2-montmorillonite composites under light was discussed. The Oscillatoria removal effect was characterized by removal rate of chlorophyll a,the variation of total soluble protein content,the photosynthetic oxygen and oxygen uptake rate of cell,the level of lipid peroxidation of cell membrane and the change of cell morphology. The results show that in Ti O2-montmorillonite,titanium dioxide is either intercalated in the interlayer of montmorillonite or dispersed heterogeneously in the form of anatase phase with 4 nm average diameter on montmorillonite. Assisted by UV light,the chlorophyll a removal rate of Oscillatoria is94. 58% by 50. 0 mg / L Ti O2-montmorillonite after 1 h. The cell membrane is disrupted and the cell inclusions are degraded by photocatalytic oxidation of Ti O2-montmorillonite. Thus,the metabolic activity of Oscillatoria cell is reduced and the cell morphology is destroyed,then the growth of Oscillatoria is inhibited.
