摘要
煤矸石-粉煤灰充填复垦材料作为塌陷区充填复垦基质直接影响着植物的正常生长及地表的沉降。为了揭示不同粒径煤矸石对充填复垦材料性能的影响,分别测定了自然破碎后煤矸石、0~2.5mm,2.5~5mm,5~10mm,10~16mm和16~20mm六种粒径下煤矸石-粉煤灰充填复垦材料的堆积密度、含水率、饱和含水率及应力-应变曲线。结果表明:随着煤矸石粒径的增大,充填复垦材料的堆积密度、含水率及饱和含水率都在逐渐减小;煤矸石-粉煤灰充填复垦材料的应力-应变曲线呈非线性关系,且当轴向应力相同时,随着煤矸石粒径的增大,煤矸石-粉煤灰充填复垦材料的应变逐渐增加;以粒径为自然破碎后的煤矸石配制充填复垦材料时,其堆积密度、含水率、饱和含水率及压实情况较好。
As filling reclamation base of subsidence area,the filling reclamation material with fly ash and coal gangue directly affected plants' normal growth and surface settlement.In order to reveal the effects of different particle sizes of coal gangue on the performance of filling reclamation material,the bulk density,moisture content,saturation moisture content and the stress-strain curve of this filling reclamation material were determined in 6kinds of particle sizes,including the natural broken coal gangue,0~2.5mm,2.5~5mm,5~10mm,10~16mm and 16~20mm.Results showed that the bulk density,moisture content and saturation moisture content of the filling reclamation material decreased gradually with the increase of particle diameter of coal gangue;stressstrain curve of the material presented non-linear relation,and under the same axial stress,the strain of the material gradually increased along the increase of particle size of the coal gangue;moreover,the bulk density,moisture content,saturation moisture content and compaction were preferable when the filling reclamation materials was prepared by natural broken coal gangue.
