摘要
通过分析传统电压模接收器在功耗、抗EMI(Electromagnetic Interference)性能的局限性,提出一种基于电流模的LIN(Local Interconnection Network)总线通信接收器.该电路在抗EMI性能和功耗方面得到优化,减少了高压管的数量,缩小芯片面积.电路采用60V0.5μmBCD工艺设计,Cadence IC5141下仿真结果表明,在典型工作电压(13.5V)下静态电流消耗为45.5μA,能够承受5 W的EMI直接功率注入测试,满足LIN2.1物理层协议要求.
According to a detail analysis of the limitation of the classical voltage-mode receiver in power consumption and EMI(Electromagnetic Interference)resistance,a LIN(Local Interconnect Network)Bus receiver based on current mode is proposed.The circuit performance of the power consumption and the EMI resistance is optimized,and the circuit is with less number of high-voltage transistors and smaller chip area.The Cadence IC5141 simulation using 60 VBCD 0.5μm technology shows that the receiver proposed consumes only 45.5μA static current at typical supply(13.5V),can stand 5W EMI by DPI measurement and complies with the physical layer specification of LIN2.1.
