纳米炭粉对土壤微生物活性的影响

摘要 【目的】研究纳米炭粉对土壤脱氢酶活性和微生物量碳含量的影响。【方法】采用室内模拟方法,研究了不同纳米炭粉添加量(0.00,1.00,3.00,5.00,10.00,20.00g/kg)下土壤脱氢酶活性和微生物碳的变化,并分析了不同质量浓度纳米炭粉(0.0,1.0,3.0,4.5,7.5,15.0,30.0g/L)对脱氢酶酶促反应产物——甲臜的吸附作用,以探明是否可用TTC法检测脱氢酶活性。【结果】与未添加纳米炭粉处理相比,添加纳米炭粉后土壤脱氢酶活性降低,土壤微生物量碳含量总体略有增加,并保持在一个稳定的水平,表明纳米炭粉对微生物有微弱的激活作用。吸附试验结果表明,由于纳米炭粉具有较高的吸附性能,其加入后会很快吸附甲臜,导致产物量过低,呈现出土壤脱氢酶活性被抑制的假象。【结论】纳米炭粉可激活土壤微生物活性,采用TTC法分析纳米炭粉土壤脱氢酶效应的结果并不可靠,需寻找更加完善的方法。 【Objective】This study aimed to research the influence of nano carbon powder on soil dehydrogenase activity and microbial biomass carbon content.【Method】Using indoor simulation,the changes of soil dehydrogenase activity and microbial carbon content were investigated by adding different amounts(0.00,1.00,3.00,5.00,10.00,and 20.00g/kg)of nano carbon powder.The adsorption of TPF by nano carbon powders with different concentrations(0.0,1.0,3.0,4.5,7.5,15.0,and 30.0g/L)was also analyzed to test whether TTC method was useful to detect dehydrogenase activity.【Result】Compared with the CK,nano carbon powder decreased soil dehydrogenase activity and increased content of carbon in soil microorganism slightly to a stable level,indicating that nano carbon powder had weak activation effect on microorganism.The adsorption test showed that nano carbon powder had high adsorption performance,which quickly adsorbed TPF,caused low yield,and showed false inhibiting appearance of soil dehydrogenase activity.【Conclusion】Nano carbon powder activated soil microbial activity.Using TTC method to analyze soil dehydrogenase with nano carbon powder was not reliable and future work is needed to find better method.
