辽东地区蓝莓根际土壤线虫的营养类群结构 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】针对辽东地区蓝莓根际土壤线虫的营养类群进行研究。【方法】利用比较形态学分类方法对辽东地区蓝莓根际土壤线虫的主要属种进行了分类鉴定。【结果】共鉴定出土壤线虫9806条,分属19个科29个属。其中食细菌线虫类群(bacterial feeder,BF)和植物寄生线虫类群(plant parasitic feeder,PP)较多,食真菌线虫类群(fungi feeder,FF)较少,杂食-捕食性线虫类群(omnivore-predators feeder,OP)数量最少;非植物寄生线虫属18个,植物寄生线虫属11个,植物寄生线虫属占总调查属数量的1/3以上,尤其是垫刃线虫属(Tylenchus)、伪垫刃线虫属(Nothotylenchus)的线虫检出频率较高,分别涉及蓝莓的10个和7个品种,占调查蓝莓品种总数的83%和58%。【结论】辽东地区蓝莓根际土壤中植物寄生线虫数量超出土壤线虫正常范围的阈值。 【Objective】To elucidate the trophic group structure of nematodes in the rhizosphere of blueber-ry in the eastern side of Liaoning.【Methods】The important genera and species of nematodes were compre-hensively studied by using principles and techniques of morphological taxonomy.【Results】The 9806 soilnematode individuals were classified into 19 families with 29 genera. The results showed that the bacteri-vore group and phytoparasitic nematodes were the dominant group,the fungivore group and omnivore-predator feeders were lower than those of the former two groups. Among them,18 genera of nematodes be-long to un- plant parasitic nematodes and 11 genera of nematodes belong to phytoparasitic nematodeswhich accounted for more than 1/3 of nematode collectivity,especially the nematodes in the genus of Tylenchus and Nothotylenchus,involving 10(83%)and 7(58%)varieties of blueberry,respectively.【Con-clusion】The quantity of nematodes existing in the rhizosphere of blueberry in the eastern side of Liaoningexceed the threshold.
