摘要
【目的】建立我国近年来新育成葡萄品种的指纹图谱,明确他们之间的亲缘关系。【方法】收集了国内新育成的24个葡萄品种,采用6对国际通用的SSR荧光标记引物对其进行扩增,通过毛细管电泳进行基因分型。【结果】这6个标记不仅可以明确的区分每一个供试品种,而且能很好鉴定葡萄品种的倍性,同时这些标记也可以用于品种间亲缘关系的鉴定,区分不同亲本、不同种群及不同亚属的葡萄品种。【结论】该SSR指纹图谱的建立可以完善我国葡萄品种数据库,为品种鉴定、植物品种权保护及亲缘关系分析提供很好的参考依据。
【Objective】To fingerprint and define the genetic relationship of grapevine cultivars newly-de-veloped in China.【Methods】We genotyped 24 new cultivars with six pairs of international fluorescence-labeled SSR primers by capillary electrophoresis.【Results】The results indicated that not only each culti-vars tested but also their ploidy levels can be distinguished clearly with these six universal primers basedon these SSR fingerprinting results. At the same time,these markers can also be used to identify the rela-tionship between different varieties,distinguish the grape cultivars from different parents,populationsand subgenus.【Conclusion】The establishment of this SSR fingerprint can perfect the grape varieties data-base in our country,and can also provide a good reference for cultivar identification,plant varieties pro-tection and genetic relationship analysis.
