摘要
为提高高职院校学生的人文素养,让其心智思维等全方位得到发展是高职院校阅读拓展教学课堂的宗旨,也是教师完美教学的最高境界。教师既是课堂阅读活动的组织者、学生阅读的促进者,又是师生平等的对话者,要为学生阅读作好引导,更要关注学生的阅读心理特性。教师只有充分调动学生的阅读热情,挖掘学生的阅读潜质,才能使学生的个性化阅读有智慧、有质量,人文教育理念也才能得到很好地贯彻实施。
In order to improve students' humanistic quality, a comprehensive improvement in students' mind and thinking may be the highest level of classroom reading instruction. As teachers act as the organizers, promoters and also readers of the reading activity in class, they should not only make preparations for classroom reading guidance, but also focus on students' psychological trait. Only on the basis of advocating individualized reading vigorously, teachers should fully tap the students' reading potential so as to make the students' individualized reading more intelligent and thoughtful,and to promote the implementation of teachers' humanistic education idea.
