摘要
微课程因其主题模块独立、规模小,适用于成人高校会计专业的教学。这种教学模式对于成人学生而言,可以弥补工学矛盾,利用碎片化的时间反复学习,并有利于培养学生自主学习能力;对教师而言,便于组织教学,也利于教师做活教学,并提高教师的教学能力。因此,在实践中可以利用ADDIE模型设计微课程,结合JITT和PI教学方法在各教学环节中应用微课程。
Micro-course is suitable for the teaching of accounting major in adult higher education because of its characteristic of small and independent thematic module. For students, this kind of teaching mode can let them make up the shortcoming of contradiction between work and study, make use of the fragmented and limited time to repeat their learning, and thus meet the requirements of training students' autonomous learning ability. For teachers, it can facilitate teaching organization and improve teachers' teaching ability. Therefore, in practice, we can use the ADDIE model to design micro-courses, and make use of JITT and PI teaching methods in the application of micro-course in teaching.
