世界芦笋生产及贸易状况研究

The world production and trade of asparagus research:based on the analysis of the statistical data from 1992 to 2013

芦笋是一种兼具营养食用价值和医疗保健功能的高档蔬菜。本文综合利用中国海关和国际芦笋学会1992—2013年统计数据,对世界芦笋区域分布、生产、加工及贸易情况进行了分析。结果显示,当前芦笋种植主要分布在亚洲和欧洲,两者芦笋种植面积占世界近2/3的市场份额。其中,亚洲芦笋种植以中国和日本为代表,欧洲以德国、西班牙和法国为代表,北美洲以美国和墨西哥为代表,南美洲以秘鲁为代表。世界芦笋出口市场以中国、秘鲁、墨西哥、西班牙和希腊为主,芦笋进口市场主要分布在美国、欧盟、日本和亚洲部分国家,其中芦笋罐头出口以中国为主导,鲜芦笋出口以秘鲁为主导。受消费习惯影响,欧盟国家为白芦笋罐头的主要进口国,美国为保鲜和速冻绿芦笋主要进口国。

Asparagus is a high-grade vegetable with nutritious edible value and medical care function.By using the1992—2013asparagus data of the China Customs and International Asparagus Association,this paper analysis the global asparagus distribution,asparagus production,asparagus processing and the asparagus trade situation.The results show that the global asparagus plant is mainly distributed in Asia and Europe,which accounted for nearly 2/3world market share.Among them,China and Japan are the representative of the Asian asparagus cultivation,and Germany and Spain are the representative of Europe,and the United States,Mexico and France are a representative of North America,`and Peru is the representative of South America.Besides,the world asparagus export markets are mainly China,Peru,Mexico,Spain and Greece,while the import markets of asparagus are mainly in Europe,Asia and North America.As the spending habits affect,the EU is the major importer of canned asparagus,while America is the main importer of fresh and frozen green asparagus.Canned asparagus export is dominated by China,while fresh and frozen green asparagus export is dominated by Peru.
