竞争性道德教育是我国长期以来形成的传统德育文化和教育智慧的产物,亦是工具理性在道德教育领域的反映,其产生的根本原因在于对道德本身理解的异化和窄化,并由此导致了一系列的道德困境。主要表现为外部排他性竞争的张扬和内部个人主义的膨胀,不利于学生合作精神的养育和道德发展。因此,教育者应坚守学生立场,彰显道德教育应有的人文关怀,培养和激发学生的道德需要,倡导道德教育的合格性评价,在道德中培养道德,在合作中培养合作,此乃为增强学校道德教育有效性的一个基本方向。

Competitive moral education was the product of the traditional moral culture and educational wisdom in our country throughout a long time,reflecting instrumental rationality in the field of moral education.Its basic reason lay in the alienation and narrowing of understanding morality itself,leading to a series of ethical dilemmas,mainly in the form of external exclusive competition and expansion of individualism,which was not conducive to the breeding of children's cooperation spirit and their moral development.Therefore,educators should establish the firm children's stance,revealing the humanistic concern of moral education,developing and stimulating the moral needs of children,advocating the qualification evaluation of moral education,cultivating morality in moral,and developing cooperation in cooperation,which was a basic direction of enhancing the effectiveness of moral education in the future.
