教学学术发展的阻滞与突破 被引量:18

On the Retardarce of the Development of Scholarship of Teaching and Its Breakthrough

摘要 教学学术观把高校教学当成一种学术,旨在为大学教师评价的价值回归提供支点。但受大学教师从事教学学术的时间、精力和财力的限制,教学学术的发展状态并不令人满意,教学学术不被主流学术界普遍认同,仍处在学术的边缘。加强制度建设,是促进教学学术发展获得突破的重要途径,具体举措为:签订周期性协议,预留教学学术发展的时间资源;充实教师评价内容,提升教学学术的学术地位;加强学科交叉研究,突出教学学术的学术特色;增拨教学专项经费,建设教学学术的培育机制等。 The view of scholarship of teaching regarded university teaching as a kind of scholarship,aiming to provide a fulcrum for the value return of faculty evaluation.However,the development state of scholarship of teaching had been unsatisfying,and it had not been widely accepted by the mainstream of the academic circle,mading it on the brink of academic,because of the limitation of time,energy,and funding involving scholarship of teaching.It was an important way to strengthen the system construction for promoting the development of scholarship of teaching.Such measures could be taken:to sign a periodic agreement for faculty having enough time resource to engage in scholarship of teaching;to enrich the content of faculty evaluation for enhancing the academic status of scholarship of teaching;to strengthen the interdisciplinary research for highlighting the academic characteristics of scholarship of teaching;and to increase special teaching funds for constructing cultivation mechanism of scholarship of teaching.
