摘要 积极心理品质是积极心理学研究的核心领域之一,调查大学生积极心理品质特征,有助于高校更为直观的了解大学生群体心理基本特征,保证高校心理健康教育的实效性。采用陈明编写的大学生积极心理品质量表(α=0.821)对福建省6所高校的548名大学生进行问卷调查,发现福建省大学生积极心理品质各因子在平均数上重情与利他得分最高,其次为乐观,领导力得分最低。因此,在掌握大学生积极心理品质特征的基础上,可通过搭建大学生心理健康教育网络宣传平台、开展团体辅导活动、创造良好的外部环境等措施,有针对性的帮助大学生体验、内化和培养他们的积极心理品质,帮助他们挖掘自身潜力并获得美好生活。 Positive psychological quality is one of the core areas of positive psychology research. The survey of the college students' psychological quality helps understand their basic characteristics and ensure the effectiveness of psychological health education. Adopting the college students' positive psychological quality scale( alpha = 0. 821) compiled by Chen Ming, we made a questionnaire investigation of 548 college students from six universities in Fujian Province and found that the highest mean number was for valuing feelings and altruism,the one for optimism ranked second,and leadership had the lowest score. Therefore,after grasping the positive psychological traits of college students,in order to help them to explore their potential and improve their life,we can build college students' mental healthy education propagating platform based on network,carry out group guidance activities and create a better external environment and so on. All these measures can help college students to experience,internalize and cultivate their positive psychological traits.
