法治视野下的统一战线

统一战线本质上顺应社会发展客观规律,通过法的制定及其实行,加强法制建设,向依据法进行全面的社会自主治理方向发展,即:由法制向法治发展。法治体现社会发展规律。其中至少有节省社会成本、第一时间负责、观念不断更新、监督常态化,等等。在这些方面统一战线与法治完全一致。须发掘统一战线法治化,法治统战化的内在涵义,达成二者互促,共进。
