中国高质量大学入学机会和招生偏好研究——以“211”高校为例

On Enrollment Opportunities for High-quality Universities and Enrollment Preference:Evidence from “Project 211” Universities

当前,高质量大学的入学机会成为全社会关注的焦点。通过对102所"211"高校2012年的招生情况进行研究后发现:人口大省的考生进入高质量大学的机会较少,直辖市的考生进入高质量大学的机会较多;高质量大学在招生中对所在地考生具有一定的偏向性。为实现高质量大学入学机会的大体均等,高校在制定招生计划时,应综合考虑各省的人口因素、生源数量和自身办学条件等,进一步提高中西部地区和人口大省的录取率,对高校所在省份逐年减少招生计划,增加农村贫困地区考生进入高质量大学的机会。

Nowadays,enrollment opportunities for high-quality universities became the hot issue concerned by the whole society.Analyzing the enrollment data from 102 'Project211'universities in 2012,it found that students from municipalities enjoyed more enrollment opportunities into high-quality universities than students from populous provinces;there're home-province preference for high-quality universities to enroll students where they were located.To realize equal opportunities for high-quality universities,universities should improve admission rates for students in the midwest provinces,especially those with large populations;reduce home-province advantages of high-quality universities;and increase enrollment opportunities for students from poor rural areas.
