高校教师教学胜任力模型构建研究

On the Model Constructure of Faculty Teaching Competency

近年来,我国有不少学者关注高校教师胜任力问题,但大多是从整体上探讨高校教师的胜任力,从教学的视角研究高校教师胜任力的成果并不多见。高校教师的主要职责是教学,因此研究其教学胜任力很有必要。本研究运用文献法、德尔菲法和统计法研讨了高校教师教学胜任力的因素,在此基础上构建并分析了四维度的高校教师教学胜任力模型。该模型可以为高校选聘教师、开展教师培训、评估教师的教学绩效以及高校教师的自我发展提供参考和启示。

In recent years,many scholars in China focused on faculty competency,however,they explored the issue in general.There's lack of researching results from the perspective of teaching.The main duty of faculty was teaching,therefore,it's necessary to research teaching competency.Using the literature method,the Delphi method and the statistical method,it explored the factors of faculty teaching competency,and constructed the four-dimensional model.It would offer reference and inspiration for facutly employment,faculty training,faculty teaching performance assessment and faculty self-development.
