地方本科院校教师教育改革的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of the Teacher Education Reform in Local Colleges

全国100所地方本科院校的调查数据显示,地方本科院校教师教育改革存在制度阻力、师范传统弱化、培养质量滑坡、教学方式落后和实践能力培养不足等问题。地方本科院校应大力实施国家教师教育改革政策,突出教师教育组织地位;坚守教师教育传统,打造精品师范;实施卓越教师计划,提高职前教师培养质量;丰富教师教育课程体系,推进教师教育教学改革;加大教师专业能力发展,走应用型教师教育之路。

Investigating the teacher education reform in 100 local colleges,it showed that there existed such problems as system resistance,weakening tradition of teacher education,declining education quality,and lack of practice teaching ability training.Then the local colleges should stress the status of teacher education organizations and institutions to implement the national policies of teacher education;hold the tradition of teacher education to build high-quality teacher education;implement the Project of Excellent Teachers to enhance the pre-service training quality;enrich the curriculum of teacher education to promote the teaching reform of teacher education;and take the road of application-oriented teacher education to strengthen teachers' professional competence.
