摘要
20世纪90年代中叶以来,德国政府在高等教育领域采取了系列举措,产生了巨大影响,使应用科学大学在高等教育中的地位日趋重要。职业教育开始向高等教育延伸,高等教育体系出现异质化。这些举措体现了新形势下德国对高等教育"学术化"的反思,它们以新的方式诠释了德国大学精神,是洪堡教育理念的承续与拓展。
Since the mid-1990 s,Germany had taken a series of initiatives in the field of higher education,exerting a tremendous impact on higher education,with the result that the status of university of applied sciences had become increasingly important.Vocational education had extended to higher education and the higher education system demonstrated a trend of heterogeneity.These new phenomena showcased Germany's reflection on the'academic'thought in higher education,with a new way to interpret the spirit of German universities,which realized the return and development of Humboldt educational philosophy.
