加强高校宣传思想工作,是当前全党上下的一件大事,更是高校的头等大事。加强宣传思想工作的出发点和落脚点是促使大学生形成正确的价值观,大学生正确价值观的形成需要辅导员的引导。辅导员是大学生的人生导师,是促使大学生树立正确价值观的第一人,在加强高校宣传思想工作中具有特殊的地位和作用。目前辅导员队伍建设依然存在编制不足、专业化和职业化水平还需进一步提高等一系列亟须解决的问题,应当通过建立辅导员职业规划的长效机制来着力建设好辅导员队伍,充分发挥辅导员在加强高校宣传思想工作中的作用。

To strengthen the propaganda of ideological work in colleges and universities is not only agreat work through the Party,but also on the top of the list in colleges and universities.The starting point and stay point lie in promoting college students to form the correct values,which needs the instructors' guidance.The instructors are the college students' human life tutors.They have special positions and roles during strengthening the propaganda of ideological work because the instructor is the first person during the promotion.However,many problems need to be solved during the construction of instructors team,such as short of instructor staff posts and poor level of specialization and professionalism.We should try to build the good instructors team and take advantage of the effect of them during strengthening the propaganda of ideological work in colleges and universities.
