在社会生产力高度发达的现代社会,必须重新审视消费与生产的关系,重视消费伦理观念在推动生态文明建设中的基础性作用。要按国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的要求,建立系统完整的制度体系,但决不能忽视生态文化的重要支撑作用。生态文明建设是千百万人民群众的事业,不仅需要顶层设计,建立和完善制度,也要通过广泛的宣传教育,奠定坚实的社会基础、群众基础。要鼓励消费与引导消费相结合,协调好生态文明建设与经济建设的发展。

In the modern society with the highly developed social productive forces,the relationship between consumption and production should be re-examined,and the basic role of consumer ethics in promoting the construction of ecological civilization should be paid attention to.According to the requirements of the national governance system and modernization of governance capacity,a complete institutional system should be established,while the important supporting role of ecological culture should not be ignored.Construction of ecological civilization is the cause of hundreds of millions of people,which not only needs the top-level design,and implementation and improvement of the system,but also requires extensive publicity and education,and solid social and mass foundation.Encouraging consumption and guiding the consumption should be combined and ecological civilization construction and economic development should be coordinated as well.
