宗教非政府组织解决宗教冲突机制探析

随着"冷战"的结束,国际宗教文化的对立与冲突成为国际关系的一个重要焦点,但是,目前国际上仍缺乏针对宗教冲突的有效解决方式,而且国际经济政治新格局使国际宗教冲突日趋复杂化,这些因素都制约着国际宗教冲突的解决,阻碍着国际间的合作与共同发展。国际宗教非政府组织作为国际社会的主要成员之一,其自身在长期处理宗教冲突的过程中,逐渐形成了依靠培训、祈祷、直接调解和项目援助发展等方式为一体的完整的干预机制。由于宗教非政府组织具有宗教性、非政府性和国际性等多种特征,因此,与世俗的国际组织相比,它更能以宗教信仰的力量解决宗教冲突问题,有利于在宗教冲突爆发时,搭建公共平台,促进宗教对话、政府间合作、以及开展国际协助等措施解决国际宗教矛盾。在宗教问题日益复杂化的未来,国际宗教非政府组织无疑将会在宗教冲突问题解决过程中发挥更大的积极作用。

With the end of the cold war, the opposition and conflict of international religious culture has become an important focus of international relations. However, for the time being we still lack effective solutions to religious conflicts in international arena. In addition, the international economic and political pattern has increasingly complicated the international religious conflicts. All these factors restrict the resolution of interna-tional religious conflicts, and hinder international cooperation and development. International Religious NGOs is one of the major members of international community. It has developed complete intervention mechanism during the long process of coping with religious conflicts relying on training, prayer, direct mediation, and development aid programs and so forth. As religious NGOs are religious, non-governmental, and international, in comparison with secular international organizations, they are able to take advantage of the power of religion to resolve religious conflicts, which helps to build public platforms, promote religious dialogues and intergover-nmental cooperation, carry out international collaboration to resolve the religious conflicts as they break out. With the religious issue increasingly complicated in the future,International Religious NGOs will undoubtedly play a more positive role in resolving religious conflicts.
