“市场经济”就是自由平等、公平公正、民主法治的经济吗?

Does“Market Economy”Mean Free, Equal, Fair,Just, Democratic and Legal Economy ?

市场经济不是无"主义"经济,而是有社会主义市场经济和资本主义市场经济之分。社会主义市场经济是劳动人民当家作主、以公有制为主体、以按劳分配为个人收入主要分配形式、由人民政府宏观调控和市场调节相结合、以满足劳动人民的生活需要实现共同富裕为经济发展目标的经济,不是以私有制雇佣劳动关系为基础的资本主义市场经济。资本主义市场经济绝不是仅根据"自由平等、自主自愿、公平公正、民主法治精神"而选择的经济制度和经济发展模式,不是消灭了剥削和奴役而且能够通过市场作用自行调节各种关系和矛盾的和谐经济,而是以剩余价值生产为生产目的和本质特征必然造成两极分化的剥削奴役工人阶级的剥削奴役性经济。

Market economy is not the economy with no'doctrine'. It is divided into socialist market economy and capitalist market economy. Socialist market economy is the one with working people asits masters, with public ownership as its main body, withdistribution according to work as its main form of personal income,combining the governmental macro-regulation with market regulation, with the goal of meeting the needs of working people's life and achieving common prosperity asits economic development goal. Contrary to socialist market economy, capital market economy is based on private ownership of employment of labor relations. Capitalist market economy never chooses its economic system and development modelonly in accordance with the spirit of'freedom, equality, voluntarism, fairness, democracyand rule of law', nor is it a harmonious economy in which exploitation and enslavement are eliminated and all economic relations and contradictions are regulated through market mechanism.The production aimed at surplus value and its essential characteristics will inevitably lead to polarization and enslavement exploitation economy of the enslaved working class.
