安倍第二次就任日本首相后,利用国内外场合积极宣扬"积极和平主义"理念,将它作为实现日本内外政策转变的政治招牌,声称要把日本由"热爱和平却无所作为"的"消极和平主义"向"积极缔造和平"的国家转变。"积极和平主义"是安倍政府在内政、外交、安保等多方面的综合性战略理念,目的是借维护和平之名,对外配合美国亚太再平衡战略对华实施围堵,对内逐步突破战后体制,实现正常国家化和政治军事大国化的双重目标。

After Abe became Japan's prime minister a second time, he has spared no efforts to promote his'active pacifism'on both domestic and foreign occasions and has revolved toturn Japan from a'nothing-but-peace-loving'and'negative pacifism'country to an'active peacemaking'one'.Active pacifism' is Abe government's comprehensive strategic concept in domestic and foreign affairs, national security. In the name of maintaining peace, the Japanese government is doing everything to contain China,echoing the US Asia-Pacific re-balancing strategy and at home it has gradually been breaking postwar system so as to achieve its dual goalof becoming a normal country and political military power.
