在全军政治工作会议上,习主席概括我军政治工作11个优良传统时使用了"一整套优良传统"的表述。这11个优良传统之"一整套",逻辑结构严谨、内在关系紧密。从工作实践来看,"一整套优良传统"包含着政治工作实践的三个基本层面;就理论依据而言,"一整套优良传统"体现了军队建设八个方面的辩证关系;从时代价值来讲,"一整套优良传统"具有相互联系的三个维度。
