摘要
教学是个多维存在,除具科学性、艺术性外,还应具有伦理性,且伦理性之于教学具有首要性,教学是立于科学达于艺术之伦理性活动。为彰显教学伦理之维,尤其是应对当前教学实践中的伦理缺位与失范问题,当务之急是加强教师的教学伦理意识,提升教师的教学伦理素质;务实之举是重视与加强教学伦理学研究,以科学有效的教学伦理学研究来指导教学实践、守护教学伦理,使教学成为以善致善的人类善举。
Teaching is a multi-dimensional existence. In addition to the scientific nature and the art nature, it should have an ethical nature. What’s more,the ethical nature in teaching is of primary importance. Teaching is a kind of ethical activity, which bases on science and pursues art. Teaching ethics has the character of service, bilateral and gender. To highlight the teaching ethics,we should pay attention to the absence and substandard of ethics in current teaching practice. The urgent task is to strengthen teacher’s ethics awareness and to improve teacher’s ability of teaching ethics. The prag-matic action is to attach importance to and strengthen the research of teaching ethics,to use scientific and effective teach-ing ethics to guide teaching pratice and mainten teaching ethics.
