The Political Reflection of the Reform of Education Curriculum:the Interaction of Enlightenment,Politics and Authority

在教育改革场域中,课程政治是课程权力关系与各方利益博弈的生动表征。当前的义务教育课程改革,已经构成基础教育改革的核心议题,它直接关系教育总体目标的推进,更体现着个体启蒙的价值诉求,同时对国家和社会起着关键性的影响。作为义务教育课程改革的主要参与力量,国家、社会和教师正是课程政治博弈的在场者:国家作为立法者和权力拥有者而居于主导性的地位,社会主要以自发的监督力量形成有效影响,而教师作为教育实践活动的重要组织者,则具有参与课程改革的专业权力与实践优势。分析三者的互动关系,将有助于廓清课程改革的权力因素,以期建立良性的改革促进机制。

Curriculum reform is an important basis of realizing education goals during the period of compulsory educa-tion. In this process, curriculum reform mainly involves authority interaction among the state, society and teachers. It is mainly embodies in that the state is the leader of the power subject,the society is the spontaneous supervision of the pow-er operation,and the teachers,who are the major organizer of educational activities,have professional power and practical advantages to participate in the curriculum reform. This paper analyzes the authority interaction among the three powers in order to clarify the power factors of the curriculum reform of compulsory education and establish promotion mechanisms for curriculum reform.
