摘要
笔者借鉴Schumacher(2003)的引力模型检验了2000年~2011年中国与27个国家双边服务贸易中的本地市场效应,发现本地市场效应促进了中国整体的服务贸易出口,而劳动力禀赋仍然可以解释我国服务贸易的比较优势。在分部门的研究中,发现在中国服务贸易出口的11个部门中,有6个部门存在显著的本地市场效应,而4个部门不存在本地市场效应,1个部门本地市场效应不显著,这表明本地市场效应已经成为我国服务贸易比较优势的重要源泉之一。中国的服务贸易政策应更多地向国内市场倾斜、规范市场行为、培育服务企业的规模经济,为获取本地市场效应创造条件。
Following Schumacher( 2003) gravity model,this paper tests the effects of China's bilateral service trade on home market,it is found that the Home Market Effect exists in China's overall services trade,and labor endowment promotes China's service trade.In the department research,the Home Market Effect exists in six departments of eleven departments,there is no Home Market Effect exists in four departments,Home Market Effect in one department is not significant. This shows that Home Market Effect has become the most important source of comparative advantage of China's service trade. The policy implications are that China's service trade policies should tilt to domestic market,regulate market behavior,cultivate the economic scale of service enterprises,and create the conditions favorable to the Home market effect.
