朝鲜半岛统一问题与中韩战略合作伙伴关系

On the Issue of Korean Peninsula Reunification and Sino-Korea Strategic Cooperation Partnership

在朝鲜半岛光复七十周年之际,为早日实现民族统一,朴槿惠政府不断完善统一外交战略,竞争统一问题的主导权。朴槿惠上台后积极开展对华统一外交,形成了对华统一外交的三大目标和四大策略,旨在赢得中国政府对韩国主导统一进程的支持。由于朝鲜半岛统一问题的复杂性和单方面主导统一的努力容易加剧朝鲜半岛的紧张局势,所以,中韩两国应以解决朝核问题和建立地区和平体制为重点,积极推动东北亚地区命运共同体建设,逐步引导朝鲜参加地区和平合作进程。

This year is the 70 th anniversary of the independence of Korean Peninsula. Park Geun-hye's administration,in hope of realizing its national reunification as soon as possible,constantly improves its diplomatic strategy of reunification to seek dominance on the issue of reunification. Upon taking office Park Geun- hye,in the hope of gaining support from China over the issue of reunification,has actively carried out the reunification diplomacy towards China and tailored three objectives and four strategies. Yet the issue of the reunification of Korean Peninsula is complicated and unilateral efforts to dominate reunification may add to the tension of Korean Peninsula. So China and the Republic of Korea should focus on solving the nuclear issue of DPRK and building regional peace system. Besides the two countries should also actively commit to the construction of fate community of northeast Asia and gradually engage DPRK in the process of regional peace cooperation.
