摘要
采用无条件分位数回归分解方法对外来务工人员的性别收入差异进行分析,并通过引入无歧视的工资结构,将歧视部分进一步分解为反向歧视和直接歧视。结果表明:性别歧视是外来务工人员性别收入差异的主要原因,且性别收入差异存在"天花板效应";反向歧视和直接歧视都受到婚姻、行业、地区的影响,且总歧视效应中近2/3是由直接歧视造成的。因此,加强女性人力资本投资可以通过缩小直接歧视而降低总歧视效应。
This paper uses unconditional quantiles regression to analyze the gender wage gap of migrate workers at different quantiles and a non- discriminatory wage structure is used to decompose the gender wage gap into treatment advantage and treatment disadvantage. The results show that discrimination is the main reason for the migrant workers gender income disparities,and the gender income disparities exist'ceiling effect',and both treatment advantage and treatment disadvantage are affected by marriage,industry,and region. Nearly two- thirds of the total discrimination effect is caused by treatment advantage. To strengthen the female human capital investment can reduce the total discrimination by narrow ing the treatment advantage.
