A Literature Review on the Quality of Job in Recent Europe:Development and Challenge

本文立足已有文献,通过对20世纪90年代末重新兴起的欧洲工作质量的政策背景进行概述,试图梳理各领域学者在概念建构、指标测度等方面的实践与分歧,进而在比较研究的视域下,评述欧洲工作质量理论取得的主要进展。本文认为,近年来重新焕发生命力的工作质量研究,尽管在概念和方法上尚未达成共识,但随着跨国性统计调查的推进以及比较分析视角的运用,相关研究持续发酵,在理论化过程中取得了相应的成果。回顾欧洲工作质量研究在新时期的进展与存在的问题,在某种程度上能够为我国的工作质量研究提供有益参照。

This article examines current literature on job quality in the Europe(EU),including debates of its concept,measurements and theories in comparative perspective.Despite the lack of academic consensus on the notion of job quality,the promotion of cross-national research and application of survey data in the EU have stimulated theory development to some extent.
