电焊致视网膜感光细胞层断裂一例

摘要 电焊致电光性眼炎临床较多见,但引起视网膜光损伤则较为少见,近日我院收治一例电焊致双眼视网膜感光细胞层断裂的患者,报告如下. 患者男,23岁,主因双眼视物模糊4个月于2014年5月6日来我院眼科就诊.眼部检查:矫正视力右眼0.5,左眼0.6.眼底及荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)检查均未见明显异常,光学相干断层扫描(OCT)检查显示,双眼黄斑中心凹感光细胞内外节连接(IS/OS)光带局部断裂.追问患者职业为电焊工,近日工作时未行常规防护.初步诊断:双眼视网膜光损伤.
