摘要
传承人是非物质文化遗产的创造者与传承者,传承人的遴选与认定将直接关系到非物质文化遗产能否永续传承。要想保护好这笔人力资源,就要按规律办事,对个体传承型、团体传承型和群体传承型传承人施以不同形式的保护。同时应竭力避免以政府取代传承人之行为的发生,否则不但会打击传承人的积极性,同时也会给非物质文化遗产的原真性带来"保护性"破坏。
Predecessors are the creators and successors in intangible cultural heritage. Meanwhile theselection and recognition of predecessors are will directly relate to the intangible cultural heritage whethercan be sustainable or not. Protecting the human resources needs to follow the inherent laws andimplement different forms of protection for the individual inheritance, the group inheritance and the massinheritance. At the same time, trying to avoid the behavior that the representative predecessors arereplaced by government. Because it not only impacts on the enthusiasm of predecessors, but also brings'protective'damages for the original true protection of intangible cultural heritage.
