摘要
环境行为学致力于研究建筑中人的行为规律,是建筑设计的重要基础。然而,传统的调研方法数据采集不易,往往仅能基于较少量的样本,分析一些显著的规律,尚无法全面反映建筑环境中人类行为和社会活动的多样化和复杂性。大数据时代到来,为这一领域的研究提供了全新的途径。本文以万科松花湖度假区为例,介绍了使用室内定位系统(IPS)数据进行空间行为分析的一些成果,以此呈现大数据方法在建筑与衡区尺度环境行为研究中的潜力。本文的研究说明,IPS数据蕴含着丰富的环境行为信息,而大数据分析为洞察不同人群、不同类型建筑空问以及不同情境下的行为特征提供了有力的方法。可以认为,大数据环境行为研究将在提高建筑设计水平、改善公共空间管理、优化商业空间的运营等方面带来重要的影响。
Environmental behavior study focuses on the understanding of human behaviors in architectural space,and is one of the key foundations of architectural design.Traditional investigation methods used in environmental behavior study can only achieve limited amount of samples,and can only reveal some significant associations,which are not enough for exploration of the complex and dynamic human behaviors and social activities in architectural environment.New possibilities,such as the Indoor Positioning System(IPS),emerge in the big data era.This article introduces some findings of IPS data analysis in the case study of Vanke Songhua Lake Resort,in order to demonstrate the potential of big data analysis in environmental behavior study in architectural and urban block scale.It could be concluded that IPS data contains abundant information of human behaviors,and big data analysis could provide huge potentials in the understanding of environmental behaviors of different people,in different architectural and urban spaces,and under different circumstances.It could be anticipated that this kind of researches will have great influences in architectural design,public space management,and commercial space operation.
