催化剂理论下既有公共建筑改造综合效应评价研究

Study of the Comprehensive Effect Evaluation on Public Buildings' Renovation from the Perspective of Urban Catalytic Theory

本文通过对经典城市规划领域的城市,化剂理论的分析,结合实际工程案例,探索和研究既有公共建筑改造在城市发展规域下的多重综合效应。由于传统建筑理论中对于建筑改造的研究和分析部集中于建筑本体范畴,而改造行为本身所产生的附加影响往往是与本体研究同等重要的。本研究将视角着眼于城市层面的目的在于将既有公共建筑改造与城市发展相联系,并张多重综合效应的基础上提出了既有公共建筑改造"AEF"综合效应评价矩阵和评价体系横型,用以改造方案在城市角度的评价和比较分析。

This article through to the analysis of urban catalyst theory in the field of urban planning,combined with actual project cases,explore and research multiple effects of ancient public architecture renovation in the vision of urban development.Because the traditional architectural theory in building research and analysis are focused on building ontology category,ignore the additional impacts of reforming itself which is as important as ontology research.This research will focus on the combination of ancient public architecture renovation with urban development,based on the multiple comprehensive effects,puts forward the comprehensive evaluation matrix and evaluation system model of the ancient building renovation- 'AEF'.It is used for evaluation and analysis of the reconstruction scheme in the city level.
