摘要
民间组织的兴起 ,是社会文明进步的产物 ,对我国政治体系构成了深刻的冲击。执政党必须从政治系统中的价值、制度、组织三位一体的视角来对民间组织进行整合 ,从而在激荡的变革社会中不断提升执政的合法性地位。
The present rise of non-governmental organizations is the result of social civilization and development, and at same time it has constituted a far-reaching impact upon our political system. So the governing party must readjust them from the angle of value, system and organization as a whole to up grade its governing legitimacy.
