设计的逻辑贯穿与建造的适度容差——浙江省大学科技创业研发大楼设计

The Logic Thinking in Design Process and the Moderate Tolerance in Construction:Design of University Science and Technology Entrepreneurial R&D Building of Zhejiang

建筑师对建造的梦想从未止步于图纸。在高速建设背景下,以浙江省大学科技创业研发大楼工程实践为例,从总体设计的顺势而为、单体建筑的模数标准和营造过程的权衡调整三个层面,记录了建筑师对于设计的逻辑贯穿与建造的适度容差两者关系的思考。与此同时,建筑师得以不断修正对普通工程中建造逻辑本质和美学价值取向的认知。

The pursuit of construction by the architect has never been stopped in drawings.With the design case of University Science and Technology Entrepreneurial R&D Building of Zhejiang,this paper makes adjustments and balances in three aspects:overall design flow,standard module of the single building and construction process.It also records architects' thinking of the relationship between design logic and moderate tolerance,which as a consequence corrects the cognition of the value on the construction logic essence and general engineering.
