摘要
持续照顾型养老社区体系作为一种养老模式越来越受到人们的关注。据统计至2005年在美国约有2 100个这类社区,其66万居民。该体系在强调个人和家庭积极参与的基础上,取得了良好的运营效果。目前,中国是世界上人口老龄化速度最快的国家之一,也是世界上老年人口最多的国家。通过对美国及国内类似案例的分析,提出了在我国发展这种养老社区体系或可有效缓解老龄化问题,并总结出这种养老社区规划设计所面临的问题与挑战。
Continuing care retirement communities(CCRC) as a senior living model has been increasingly important.According to statistics,by 2005,about 2,100 self-defined CCRC in the United States housed a total of 660,000 residents.Based on the active participation by individuals and family,CCRC runs well and successfully.Now China is not only the fastest-aging society in the world,but also the largest one with more than 200 million aging population.With the analysis of cases in both the USA and China,this paper proposes that the CCRC system may solve the aging problem,and also summarizes some upcoming problems and challenges.
