摘要
介绍了大气总温传感器工作原理,分析了大气总温传感器误差的来源和进气道内大气温度的状况,得出大气总温测试系统在低马赫数飞行时存在着系统误差,这种系统误差使发动机的推力和性能有所降低,用温度计测量法和模拟函数法标定法修正大气总温误差,保证了发动机调整后的推力和性能。本项研究对航空发动机调整、试飞具有一定的指导意义。
The working principle of total air temperature sensor,analyzes the sources of total air temperature sensor errors and air temperature status in the engine inlet. It concluded that the total air temperature test system at low Mach flight exists systematic errors,the systematic errors cause engine thrust and performance be reduced. The systematic errors are corrected by the thermometer measurement and simulation function method calibration method ensured the engine performance and thrust after adjustment. The research provides a guidance to maintain security work,such as the adjustment of aeroengine and test flight.
