摘要
文章对创业文化理论体系的内涵和构建我国创业文化理论体系的时代诉求进行了分析,并提出了创业文化理论体系的构建路径:构建创业意识激励理论;构建创业实践指导理论;创业制度构建理论和构建创业环境优化理论。
This paper analyzed the connotation and construction of enterprise culture theory,putting forward the construction path as follows: constructing the motivation theory of enterprise consciousness;constructing the entrepreneurial practice guiding theory;constructing entrepreneurial system theory and entrepreneurial optimization theory.
